It all began in 1952 when the Serio family first opened the doors of the legendary Bar Duomo in Cefalù. Since then, our mission has remained unchanged: welcoming guests with authentic Sicilian hospitality.
2016
Taverna Tinchitè debuts
In 2016, we opened Taverna Tinchitè in the historic center of Cefalù. Conceived as a traditional taverna e putìa (eatery and shop), it quickly became a local favorite for honest regional dishes and relaxed dining.

A new chapter at Baglio Tinchitè
We bring the same beloved spirit to a larger, scenic countryside setting. Here, food remains a celebration of togetherness—now framed by ancient olive trees, rural sunsets, and the timeless charm of a rustic Sicilian estate.
